[Luxury Dining]

We recently had a preview of Ultime Atelier & Boulangerie, which is located at Menara Noble Land, just a stone’s throw from Changkat Bukit Bintang in downtown Kuala Lumpur, adding to the exciting culinary scene in the city.
At a time where the dining and hospitality industries are facing headwinds due to the multiple lockdowns and restrictions over the past 12 months, Ultime Kuala Lumpur is indeed very bold to open its doors during this turbulent period.
They have to their advantage, the rather unique concept of being a fusion Japanese and French/ European fine-dining restaurant, with an emphasis on premium breads (hence the name boulangerie or French bakery) and plated desserts, as well as a cocktail bar.
The establishment encompasses a highly Instagrammable Lobby, East Formal Dining, West Smart Dining, two (2) VIP rooms, Chef Table Dining, full fledged bar and Patio Dining-Cocktail area.
It has the capacity for 80 guests at any time, as per the current SOP (ie. with social distancing). The culinary team is led by the highly experienced Executive Chef Shirosan and Head Chef Azan.

The bar at Ultime aims to share gastronomic culture from across the globe, with a cocktail program that is seasonal in nature. Ultime develops a new cocktail list every quarter to provide guests with a refreshing drinking experience. The first cocktail menu is inspired by the Spice Route, featuring ingredients, flavours and culture that spans the historical spice trade between the West & East.
Ultime is open to the public from 6 March 2021, offering Lunch Degustation from RM200, and Dinner Degustation from RM380, each with properly curated wine pairings.
We got a exclusive preview of the cuisine and the outlet, with a luxe menu paired with wine and champagne. If you’re a wine drinker, you’d be pleased to know that the establishment has a wine cellar and many options to suit various budgets.
