Breakfast at Ultime Atelier & Boulangerie

[Premium Dining]

We recently paid another visit to Ultime Atelier & Boulangerie, which is located at Menara Noble Land, just a stone’s throw from Changkat Bukit Bintang in downtown Kuala Lumpur.

Before you proceed further, if you have not yet read my previous posts regarding Ultime, you can do so here:

This time round, we were there to try their new breakfast menu, which is available from 8 am until 11 am. The menu is rather interesting as you can order one of the courses, or add on course upon course. We went for the whole nine yards (4 courses), as well as trying all the various mains available.

1st Course – RM35

Choose two (2) French and Danish pastries and breads from a wide selection, paired with a cup of black coffee.

2nd Course – Add RM25

Add on either a garden salad, granola or eggs prepared your way. If you’re a big eater, you might want to add on something more substantial to the first course.

Granola topped with yoghurt
Garden Salad
A nice fluffy omelette made with Kenkori eggs – from a local farm, with some greens on the side. This was my favourite for the 2nd course.

3rd Course – Add RM35

If you’re a really huge eater or intend to skip lunch, you can opt to add on a pasta marinara, or grilled Ora king salmon (+RM 20), or A5 wagyu hamburger (+RM 35) with port wine and grilled vegetables.

Pasta marinara
Grilled Ora king salmon
Wagyu burger. Being a meat lover, I really enjoyed this juicy and flavourful wagyu burger! Perhaps I would opt for the 1st course then add on this burger (while skipping the other courses)

4th Course – Add RM18

If you’re a sweet tooth, you might want to end your BIG breakfast with some of Ultime’s signature desserts like burnt cheesecake, brownies, pandan layer cake, chocolate tart and pecan pie.

Pecan pie
Pandan layer cake
Chocolate tart
Brownie

We could barely walk after the meal. I would think that three (3) courses would be more than enough for me, and that’s with me not choosing the pasta. My choice would be two French pastries (one of which being a croissant), omelette, and maybe if I’m famished, a main. I’m not much of a sweet tooth so desserts don’t really appeal much to me. Perhaps the fairer sex would appreciate them more.

If you want to impress a date, this breakfast would be something different from the run of the mill cafe breakfast.

For a limited time, enjoy an introductory rate of RM25 (for the 1st course).
