Kick start your romantic dinner with the Declaration of Love starter; with shaved fennel on Mini kumara croquette, cauliflower cream, porcini mushrooms, and truffles. Our Love Blooms Essence of smoked garlic & tapioca Infused with Indian spices will be served next along with a palate cleanser of Earl Grey Mint Sorbet. Come to Me set will be served with grapefruit & avocado purée Beetroot, fried goat cheese, assorted nuts, and vegetables. Our highlight for the night called Drunk in Love consist of Velouté of Jerusalem artichoke, Mushroom brioche & truffle butter. End the night with a sweet taste of love by a serving of Strawberry vanilla bavarois with Macaroons, Rose Jelly.
For non-vegetarian couples, there’s also a set that consist of Love at First Sight starter, served with Salmon & Portobello carpaccio, Horseradish Cream with Buffalo Mozzarella and Marinated Pickles. Love Blooms will consist the serving essence of smoked garlic & tapioca Infused with Indian spices; follow up with a palate cleanser of Earl Grey Mint Sorbet. For the main highlights, choose between our Romance set (consist of Meuniere Pacific Barramundi Wild Mushroom, kumara puree with Saffron Pink Peppercorn Sauce serving) or an endless Summer Night (consist of Wagyu Beef Cheek, Spinach couscous and Truffle Shallot Jus serving).
