Signature at The Roof, First Avenue Bandar Utama
Signature at The Roof, First Avenue Bandar Utama is one of the more popular spots for a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner in Petaling Jaya. This year, the restaurant will be having a 3-course meal priced at RM350++ per couple, available on 13th & 14th February 2018. The restaurant has two (2) seating slots per night which is at 6.00PM and 9.00PM. Seats are limited and will be on first come first served basis. Kindly note that 100% payment is required to confirm your booking.
Start off you meal with some of Signature’s cocktails (not part of the set).

Starter (buffet style)
Garden Salad, Alaskan crab meat with asparagus, Beetroot Chicken salad, Green apple with Celery and walnut, Cold cuts platter which includes Beef salami, smoked duck breast, turkey ham, and of course – Signature’s famous Mushroom soup with truffle oil.
The starter course is a buffet which means that you can help yourself to as much as you want! Great for big eaters!
Mains – Choose 2 main courses (per couple) of your choice:
Char grill lamb loin with balsamic bell pepper and mango yogurt
Make sure you order your meat to be cooked nothing above medium. In fact, I’d recommend it be cooked medium rare for tender and juicy pieces of lamb! This was my favourite main as it was flavourful and incorporated a good mix of textures and flavours!
Soft shell prawns with squid ink pasta
The pasta was really flavourful… full of spice and garlic which on any other day would be wonderful! However, if you plan to get cosy with your partner after dinner, I would suggest that you order a different main (garlic breath can really ruin a night…).
Chicken roulade with wasabi crust and romesco sauce served with truffle mash
A simple dish that was well executed! The chicken remained tender and this main was substantial enough thanks to the truffle mashed potatoes.
Pan fried grouper with Alaskan crab meat parcel served with romesco and creamy seafood sauce
The Alaskan crab meat was in the little parcel to the right and was pretty heavenly!
Dessert platter (shared platter)
Chocolate truffle, lavender cheese tart, lychee and rose cake
A nice and sweet end to the meal. I really liked the chocolate truffles (then again I pretty much love anything with lots of dark chocolate).
As Signature at The Roof is one of the most popular romantic dining spots in Petaling Jaya, I’d suggest that you book early to avoid disappointment.

Indulge with your loved ones for a 5 course meal happening on the eve and Valentine’s Day which includes oysters for starters, salads and soup, dessert with a choice of main including slow char grilled lamb loin, soft shell prawn pasta, chicken roulade or pan-fried grouper for only RM400++ per couple. Patrons can enjoy the panoramic view while dining under the stars and later each couple will be entitled to one wishing lantern on the 14th February.
Drift Dining and Bar
Treat your sweetheart with an intimate and romantic modern Aussie cuisine dinner for two at Drift Dining and Bar in downtown Kuala Lumpur this Valentine’s Day. The sharing platter meal is priced at RM 388++ per couple and is inclusive two (2) glasses of bubbles or wine.
Start off the evening with Fine D Clair Oysters, followed by Sesame Crusted Hokkaido Scallop and Butter Tiger Prawns with lemongrass infused roasted carrot puree and mushroom truffle emulsion. For the mains to share, a heart shaped beet ravioli pasta filled with smoked salmon and spinach tomato bacon emulsion. A beautiful grain fed beef tenderloin with truffle mash, red wine shallot custard, bone marrow butter and vegetables. To put the finishing touches on this extravagant feast will be a heart shaped cheesecake donned with chocolate mousse and strawberry and raspberry coulis.
There is also a vegetarian/vegan option available however you need to request for it when you make your booking.
