The gastronomic experience includes dishes such as Nyonya Curry Laksa, Butter Chicken Masala, Hainanese Chicken Rice, steaks, Fish and Chips, and Chocolate Truffle Simple made at the hands of highly-experienced chefs.
Thyme prides itself on creating flavorful creative meals that are meticulously prepared using a variety of locally sourced seasonal ingredients. Thyme provides a range of nutritious options, such Organic Quinoa Salad, Supper Acai Bowl, and Homemade Bircher Muesli, to give mindful eaters a memorable dining experience. Beyond its fresh ingredients, Thyme includes sustainability into the food management procedures and decor of the restaurant, incorporating natural materials and forest tones in harmony with the hotel’s brand concept. The Executive Chef of PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur, Khalil Zakhem, and Pastry Chef Mohamed Nazeri are at the centre of this culinary endeavour. Chef Khalil has more than 24 years of expertise in the culinary industry, having worked at major 5-star hotels and restaurants in cities like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Kuala Lumpur. Chef Khalil, who specialises in international cuisines, combines his international expertise with a knowledge of Malaysia’s local flavours.

Guests may choose from a large selection of fresh seafood at Thyme’s new Fabulous Seafood Buffet, which is available Friday and Saturday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., priced at RM228 nett per person. Thyme also offers a Malaysian Buffet High Tea every weekend from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. for RM148 nett per person for those looking to sample a variety of popular local and international foods. Feast Out Thyme, is available every Tuesday through Thursday from 6.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m., with five popular fan-favourite cuisines, including Japanese, Western, Indian, Malay, and Chinese, available for unlimited made-to-order sharing.
