JETOUR Malaysia Opens Bookings for T2 i-DM Plug-In Hybrid at KLIMS 2026

JETOUR Malaysia has officially opened bookings for the All-New JETOUR T2 i-DM (intelligence dual mode), marking the brand’s first foray into the country’s hybrid vehicle market. The plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) SUV made its first public appearance at the Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show (KLIMS 2026), where the company also disclosed its indicative pricing, offering prospective buyers an early opportunity to view the model ahead of its official launch.

The arrival of the JETOUR T2 i-DM comes amid increasing consumer interest in hybrid and electrified vehicles as Malaysian motorists seek solutions that balance performance, practicality, sustainability and fuel efficiency.

The JETOUR T2 i-DM offers visitors and prospective customers an exclusive preview of the model ahead of its official launch. Building on the strong reception of the JETOUR T2 following its Malaysian launch in March, the JETOUR T2 i-DM caters to drivers looking to embrace new energy mobility without compromising the versatility and rugged appeal that have made the T2 a sought-after SUV among Malaysians.

The JETOUR T2 i-DM features a 1.5-litre TGDI Dedicated Hybrid System paired with a dual-motor electric system and a 3-speed Dedicated Hybrid Transmission, producing a combined output of 265kW and 610Nm. This configuration enables strong acceleration performance while maintaining efficiency across different driving conditions.

Designed for versatility, the vehicle offers up to 100km+ of pure electric driving range and up to 1,200km combined driving range, making it suitable for both city commuting and long-distance travel. It also supports both AC and DC charging, offering greater convenience and flexibility for users transitioning into electrified vehicles.

Inside, the JETOUR T2 i-DM is equipped with a suite of intelligent safety and comfort technologies, including ADAS Level 2 driver assistance, 6 SRS airbags, and a panoramic view monitoring system to enhance driver confidence in various road conditions.

The JETOUR T2 i-DM is estimated to be priced at RM168,888 and will be supported by a comprehensive ownership and warranty package, with bookings now open at authorised JETOUR dealerships nationwide.

At KLIMS 2026, visitors can explore JETOUR’s expanding SUV portfolio, headlined by the Malaysian public debut of the JETOUR T2 i-DM and the first-ever public showcase of the G700 Concept Car. The display also features the T1, T2, VT9 and Dashing, while visitors can experience the T1, T2, VT9 and Dashing through test drives conducted throughout the show. In addition, visitors can participate in interactive activities at the JETOUR booth, offering complimentary gifts and refreshments.
