2020 was the most challenging year for us since we started this site back in 2010. The headwinds caused by the pandemic caused major disruption to our business, and that of many of our clients.

However, there was a silver lining to the situation as the pandemic highlighted the importance of having an effective digital marketing strategy, as well as e-commerce for brands.

In fact, the situation did more to educate many brands than we could have ever done so in a lifetime, hastening the transition into e-commerce/ digital marketing for many brands, even those that are incredibly traditional!

We hope that the situation will improve in 2021 once mass vaccination of the population is achieved, which many experts expect to be achieved in Q3 or Q4 of 2021. Till then, brands need to be agile and dynamic enough to cope with the many challenges that lie ahead this year.
