The Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar will be having their Ramadan buffet with theme “Starry Arabian Nights” from 21st June to 16th July 2015 at LINK, the all day dining restaurant which is located at the Lobby Level. The 360-seat restaurant exudes a warm contemporary feel and features interactive show kitchens and specially designed live cooking stations – comprising of a plancha grill, a rotisserie, tandoor, dim sum, and sauté stations.

The fare at the restaurant was created by the hotel’s Executive Chef Johann Ong, and includes global flavours such as Italian grilled vegetable salads, grilled sirloins with tangy mojos, tandoori chicken and fish, stir-fried Szechuan shrimp, premium pastas, and roasted meats among others.

Come this Ramadan, the LINK culinary team will prepare a spread of traditional Arabian and Malay cuisine. The restaurant will have a specially invited Arabian Chef to prepare an array of Arabian dishes which include Shish Tawook – the traditional shish kebab of Middle Eastern cuisine, whole Baby Lamb with Arabian marination, Sharwarma is a Levantine Arab meat preparation, where beef are placed on a spit – one of the most popular street food in the Middle East, Spicy Marinated Sea Bass Fillet is the heavenly and tasty dish of coast southern Mediterranean, Lamb Kofta, various rice preparations, and much more.

The Arabian and Malay dishes will be coupled with some of the restaurants signature buffet dishes so you’ll really be spoilt for choice. There will also be fresh durian especially sourced from local farm and during the review I had quite a lot, making the poor culinary team open durian after durian for me.

My favourite dishes from the buffet include the roast lamb, hummus, and kebabs. The wide selection of desserts available will undoubtedly be something that will please the ladies and in fact there are so many dishes there that I’m sure there’ll be something for everyone.

LINK will also display attractive decoration that incorporates Arabian style to give the guests a typical atmosphere and great starry ambiance, and there will be live ‘Ghazal’ performance to entertain diners during the dinner.

The Starry Arabian Nights buffet is priced at RM140.00 nett per person only (50% discount for children between 6-12 years old), and will commence from 21st June to 16th July 2015 (6.30pm to 10.30pm).

You can enjoy the buffet for RM110.00 nett per person when you book early during the Early Bird Special from 1st May to 12th June 2015.
