Now I rarely drink bubble tea but when I do I dream of it for days. Perhaps it’s the high fat and sugar content that makes it so addictive. Anyway I headed over to Tropicana City Mall in Petaling Jaya with Malaysia’s Hottest Bloggers in tow to check out the latest Taiwanese tea trend to hit Malaysia – Tea Chansii.
Watch this little video for an intro to what it’s all about.
It is strongly believed that consumption of tea is beneficial to health and longevity given its significant antioxidant, flavanols, flavonoids, and polyphenols content. Many quarters also believe that consuming green tea results in a lower risk of diseases such as “stroke, cognitive impairment, and osteoporosis” in the elderly.
Tea contains L-theanine, which once consumed delivers a calm but alert and focused, relatively productive mental state in humans.
At Tea Chansii, tea options are aplenty with the Tea Series, Mixed Fruit Tea Series, Fruit Tea Series, and Freshly Brewed Tea Series.
Any leftover fruits are disposed off at the end of the day to ensure that customers get a fresh batch the following day.
Freshly brewed tea variants include the Tar Tar Green Tea, Japanese Style Roasted Tea, and Peach Oolong Tea which are brewed on the spot when the order is placed this ensuring maximum taste and freshness!

Panna cotta is a dessert originating from Italy and is made by simmering together cream, milk and sugar, mixing this with gelatin, and letting it cool until set. It is generally from the Northern Italian region of Piedmont where it is served with wild berries, caramel, chocolate sauce or fruit coulis, and is eaten all over Italy. After years this traditional dessert has grown in popularity and evolved into what is now a gelatin dessert, flavoured with vanilla and topped with fruit or spices, and served chilled.
Tea Chansii Panna Cotta is made from fresh milk and is available in five (5) irresistible and delicious flavours namely Original, Mango, Cranberry, Peach and Chocolate and is priced at RM5.90 each.
