[Event]
Now I’ve been drinking ABSOLUT vodka since my college days however it’s been a while since I last attended an ABSOLUT Vodka event. In fact the last one I attended was back in May 2011 and you can read about it here:

Here’s a little I learned about ABSOLUT throughout the years.
ABSOLUT is made in the little Swedish town of Ahus in Sweden and has been in the market since 1979. The vodka is totally made in Ahus, yes you read it correctly – EVERYTHING is made in Ahus (except the bottle which is made in a nearby Swedish town). The winter wheat is grown around the town, the pure water is sourced from beneath the town, the distillation, blending the flavours (for the flavoured ABSOLUT vodkas), bottling, and shipping .This is to ensure quality and consistency in every bottle of ABSOLUT vodka around the world/
Inspired by Swedish vodka maker L.O. Smith (whose picture is on every bottle), ABSOLUT is made using a process called ‘continuous distillation’ which ensures that the finish product is of the highest quality. This coupled together with some brilliant marketing (google ‘ABSOLUT advertisements’ and see their really cool ads) ensures that ABSOLUT is one of the world’s best selling international premium spirit brands.
So I was delighted when the girls from Malaysia’s Hottest Bloggers and myself were invited for the exclusive bloggers ABSOLUT Tower launch held at ecoba, Damansara Perdana.
Finished work late and got stuck in a jam trying to get from Tropicana to ecoba thanks to the crazy pre-CNY traffic.

The ABSOLUT Tower is the first of it’s kind ie. it’s the first liquor brand having a tower of its own.
The advantage of ordering an ABSOLUT Tower (with your own choice of mixer) is that you don’t have to constantly refill the glasses thus giving you more time to have fun!
ABSOLUT Towers are available at:
- ecoba, Menara Bata, Damansara Perdana
- The View Rooftop Bar (G Tower, Jalan Tun Razak)
- Afterwerk (The Scott Garden, Old Klang Road)
- Neverland (formerly Dragonfly and Orange), Jalan Kia Peng
