Attended the Underworld Awakening 3D media screening thanks to the nice folks at Sony Malaysia. I’ve always been a fan of the Underworld movies and to have Kate Beckinsale back in this one had me in anticipation.

So now you know my main reason for watching it. Secondly the action scenes were pretty cool! Bullets and blood flying everywhere, this is not a show for the faint hearted. Oh yeah and for you girls there are some half naked guys running around too.

I don’t want to give away the story. If you’re a fan of Underworld then this is a must watch! If you’re not then it’s also a stand alone movie about the war between the vampires, Lycans (werewolves) and the humans. Just remember this – the vampires can self heal, you kill a werewolf with a silver bullet/ sword/ knife and the vampires and the werewolves hate each other.
