Kronenbourg 1664 launched it’s newest variant – the Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc (which means white) in a French inspired party at The View, G Tower on 29 June 2011.

The theme of the party was Les Terrasses Bleues, which saw the latest hotspot in town transformed into the perfect contemporary settings of a French summer lifestyle. Featuring a stylish blue bottle design, the Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc is a refreshingly fruity wheat beer created from a century-old recipe .

Soren Ravn, Managing Director of Carlsberg Malaysia said, “Since introducing Kronenbourg 1664 in Malaysia seven months ago, the Kronenbourg 1664 has enjoyed tremendous success. People are fascinated by the French lifestyle, where the French Art of Pleasure means taking the time to enjoy what’s good in life. Tonight we introduce a new addition to a completely French affair with the Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc, a premium brew that shows the contemporary side of the brand.”

The event also featured the launch of Kuala Lumpur’s First Interactive Bartop, “i-BARtop” – an innovative display solution in a public space, with a three and a half meter long display, featuring an interactive multi-touch surface that reveals a variety of contents ranging from the Kronenbourg 1664 brand videos, picture galleries, and event highlights of the latest happenings and promotions at VIEW Rooftop Bar.

“We wanted to provide our visitors and patrons alike with a sophisticated entertainment lifestyle complimentary to how business is conducted in today’s tech-savvy world,” commented Colin Ng, Executive Director of GTower Sdn. Bhd & Head – Corporate Investments, Goldis Berhad. “We live, work, eat and sleep in a multi-screen world, and now we are expanding to a multi-user, multi-touch screen environment, where we can manipulate information in a collaborative fashion, even when enjoying the new Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc.”

There was also an interactive photo-booth that enabled guests to pose for pictures and receive those pictures digitally via email. The hot and sexy Joanne Yeoh, Malaysian violinist extraordinaire dazzled us guests with her energetic and quick-paced performance.
