Luminox Introduces New Colorway to Military-Grade 3350 Watch Series

Luminox has unveiled a new colourway for its MIL-SPEC 3350 Series, adding a fresh option to the Swiss-made watch collection designed to meet stringent military-grade performance standards. The 3359.SET model features white accents and comes with dual strap options for versatile wear.

The 3350 Series is built to comply with MIL-PRF-46374G TYPE III CLASS 1 specifications—a rigorous set of technical standards originally developed for military equipment. Products meeting these criteria are recognised for exceptional durability, material quality, and manufacturing standards.

The new edition maintains the series’ robust construction, featuring a 46mm CARBONOX™+ case and Titanium Grade 2 unidirectional rotating bezel. These materials offer a superior strength-to-weight ratio while resisting saltwater corrosion, making the watch suitable for demanding environments. The timepiece is water-resistant to 30ATM (300 meters).

At the core of the watch is the ETA F06.412 quartz movement, which incorporates two advanced features: HeavyDrive and PreciDrive technology. HeavyDrive delivers a counter-impulse during impact to prevent hands from skipping and maintain accuracy under shock conditions. PreciDrive enhances timekeeping precision to ±10 seconds per year through a thermo-compensation unit that adjusts motor pulses based on temperature fluctuations.

“Achieving technical MIL-SPEC compliance isn’t just about performance, it’s about commitment to excellence in every technical component and material we’ve used. This new colourway brings a fresh alternative to a truly battle-tested timepiece.”

Pierrick Marcoux, Group Product Director at Luminox

The watch utilises Luminox Light Technology across the hour markers, hands, and bezel for visibility in all lighting conditions. The second hand features an orange arrow tip with Super-LumiNova® for enhanced readability in low-light environments. The brand’s proprietary illumination system uses tritium gas tube technology that provides luminosity for up to 25 years without requiring external charging or batteries.

The 3359.SET showcases white numerals on the bezel paired with a white rubber strap for an arctic-inspired aesthetic. An additional black webbing strap is included, allowing wearers to adapt the watch for different conditions and terrains. The sapphire crystal features an anti-reflective coating, and the black dial includes date functionality alongside the dive bezel.

The timepiece is suitable for search and rescue professionals, outdoor explorers, and others operating in demanding situations. Luminox watches are currently used by global outdoor adventurer Bear Grylls, the Icelandic Association for Search and Rescue (ICE-SAR), and various military, law enforcement, and diving professionals worldwide.

The Luminox MIL-SPEC 3359.SET is priced at RM5,055 and is available at Parkson One Utama (Ground Floor), Parkson Pavilion KL (Level 3), SOGO KL (Ground Floor), SOGO Central I-City Shah Alam (Ground Floor), SOGO Mid Valley Southkey (Ground Floor), and authorised watch retailers throughout Malaysia.
