Yann Roumanille, Executive Pastry Chef, hails from the Provence region of France and has developed his trade at traditional patisseries, Michelin-starred restaurants, and grand metropolitan hotels from Paris to Taiwan. He is known for creating “borderless” dessert experiences by combining various culinary aspects to engage and excite both local and foreign diners. Chef Yann’s creations reflect his enthusiasm for high-quality ingredients and his philosophy of achieving simplicity through complexity.
