Curate promises a lively celebration, with foot-tapping music, staff wearing themed attire, and a feast inspired by the ancient recipes of China and the lively morning markets of Asia. With the intention of enticing her children to eat their greens, the secret to the special Prosperity Yee Sang lies in an undisclosed final ingredient. Made with a base of finely chopped and sliced fresh fruits and vegetables accompanied with assorted nuts, seeds and sauce, guests will be able to add on slices of Abalone & Soft Shell Crab or Salmon & Jellyfish or Top Shell & Jelly Fish or opt for a Vegetarian version. Puan Sri Sharon Chua hopes her family’s recipe brings much longevity, prosperity and abundance to all.

To welcome in the auspicious Lunar New Year 2022, Shangri-La Rasa Sayang and Shangri-La Golden Sands, Penang will present an array of Chinese New Year delicacies, featuring the traditional Prosperous Yee Sang tossing, starting on Chinese New Year’s Eve.
