Hilton Petaling Jaya Presents What’s the Catch at Paya Serai 

Hilton Petaling Jaya’s all-day dining restaurant, Paya Serai, presents What’s the Catch, a themed assisted buffet dinner with a myriad of oceanic delights.

Featuring assorted seafood from both local and international coasts, the buffet dinner takes culinary experience up a notch with freshly-sourced fish heads, cockles, bamboo clams, green & black mussels, siput sedut, clams, crabs and many more to tantalize the most discerning taste buds. Diners can pick their own seafood and have chefs prepared them at live cooking stalls in various styles a-la-minute.

What’s the Catch will showcase different categories of seafood each day. On Fridays, look out for the fish-heads on ice section, including Salmon Fish Head, Jenahak Head, Garoupa Fish Head, Tenggiri Fish Head and Red Snapper Fish Head, all ready to be cooked in your favorite clay pot flavors such as Assam Pedas, Curry Mamak, Masak Kicap, Gulai Tempoyak, Sup Sayuran and more.

On Saturdays, visit the stir-fried station for Kam Heong Bamboo Clam, Black Pepper Cockle, Wok-Fried Mussel in Sichuan Sauce or Spicy XO Chilli Sauce and more. On Sundays, crab lovers can enjoy the Fried Crab with Kam Heong Sauce, Tom Yam Crab, Ginger Scallion Chili Crab and more. 

The buffet dinner starts from 6.30pm to 10pm, and runs from 1 November to 13 December 2020, Fridays to Sundays, priced at RM98 nett per adult and RM49 nett per child.

Paya Serai is located on the lobby level of Hilton Petaling Jaya and is open daily from 6am – 10:30pm. A 15% discount is available for selected credit cardholders.

The Saujana Hotel Launches Online Shopping

The Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur launched Online Shopping services to allow guests to enjoy their favourite dishes, fresh produce and premium consumer goods in the comfort of their homes.

The development and unveiling of the web app was to enhance and provide a convenient option for guests’ premium produce purchase. The newly added tab on the brand’s website features cuisines from each of the hotel’s dining establishments.

“This addition will augment the hotel’s food and beverage offerings leveraging a digital platform to address a growing consumer demand for online gourmet food ordering services that is hygienic and safe. Online Shopping will scale up in the months ahead to include more gourmet and delicatessen-based food choices as well as premium consumables,” said Mr Peter Hourigan, The Saujana Hotel’s Vice President of Operations.

Guests can enjoy a variety of cuisines, from Ti Chen Chinese Restaurant, offering Cantonese cuisine and dim sum, Charcoal Restaurant, offering grilled meats and seafood, and Kogetsu Japanese Restaurant serving an array of Japanese specialties. Guests can also order luxury beverages and cigars, freshly prepared cakes and pastries. The highlight of the Online Shopping web app is the fresh produce such as quality prime cuts of beef, lamb and seafood, available at competitive prices.

Weekly promotions and chef recommendations are also featured on the new tab besides the brand’s social media platforms. Christmas and other festive offerings will be featured soon. Only online payments are accepted and guests can collect their order at Cooks Deli, located at the lobby of Saujana Hotel.

Eat Lah returns this Thanksgiving at Aloft KL Sentral
