Starting 3 July 2020, Four Seasons Resort Langkawi will be opening its doors for guests to enjoy a series of magical private dining experiences, by the waves and under the stars. The resort with its mile-long stretch of pristine beach, cooled by pure Andaman Sea breezes, offers a sense of privacy for couples, families and close friends, with hallmark Four Seasons service in every moment, from the craftsmanship of expert chefs to the care with which the ambience is created.

Start the evening with bubbly on the beach, against the backdrop of the sunset. As the sun sets and night falls, the enchanting scene becomes perfect for celebrating anniversaries, birthdays and even proposals! Chef Syed Shahariman (popularly known as Chef Bob) presents a signature five-course menu, with an emphasis on fresh seafood and choice ingredients. Savour delicacies such as house-made seafood ravioli, coconut-grilled spiny lobster, and wagyu beef striploin with rucola and truffle essence. End on a sweet note with blend of Valrhona Dulcey chocolate, almonds and crème anglaise followed by a cosy bonfire.


Champagne Toast and Interactive Dinner at Kelapa Grill

Channel the spirit of island romance with this toes-in-the-sand gastronomic adventure, tailored for couples. Commence with a champagne toast by the sea, with front-row seats to a lovely sunset. As night descends, move to the beautifully-laid dinner table at Kelapa Grill, flanked by sampan fishing boats and glimmering lights. Diners can grill their appetisers in authentic Korean DIY style, complemented by an array of side dishes and condiments. The sharing-style main course is carved tableside, followed by a selection of desserts curated by Pastry Chef Ismail. Cap off the evening by roasting marshmallows in the bonfire, under a canopy of stars.




Honest Malaysian Feast at Ikan-Ikan

Experience the varied delights of Malay cuisine at Ikan-Ikan with Chef Hairullizan Mohdnoor, who is also known as Chef Panjang from Johor Bahru, who will bring diners on an exciting culinary journey across the country, with specialties such as tulang rusuk panggang (slow-roasted short ribs with sweet soy glaze) from the north and udang karank percik (grilled lobster with percik sauce) from the south. Hosted at Ikan-Ikan’s traditional beachside cabanas, here is local-style dining at its best.



Private Beach BBQ at Guest Villa

This lively dinner adventure offers much-needed quality time with loved ones – relaxed and out in nature, yet still secluded. The Four Seasons team sets up the barbeque grill in front of the guest villa, just steps away from the Andaman Sea. Freshly-caught seafood, premium meats and local vegetables are grilled to perfection by a private chef and served with a selection of salads, side dishes and desserts. Later at night, gather around a blazing bonfire for s’mores, stories and laughter.
