Berjaya Times Square Hotel Relaunches Big Apple Restaurant

 

Berjaya Times Square Hotel relaunched their newly revamped Big Apple Restaurant on 12 December 2019. Located on the 14th floor at the West Tower of the hotel, the all-day-dining restaurant’s refreshed refined and sophisticated design, as well as the tasteful contemporary styling, welcomes diners with an a la carte menu selection, as well as seasonal themed buffet spreads; featuring an array of distinct local favorites and international cuisine.

The brand-new look and feel aims to mirror that of the bustling lifestyle of New York City’s nightlife, with east-meets-west fusion delicacies and an elegant design. Apart from the reinvigorated physical designs, the restaurant also features an updated array international and local items on the new menu. The hotel’s Executive Sous Chef, Chef Steven, heads the culinary team in the primary kitchen serving the Big Apple Restaurant.

Breakfast is served daily from 6:30 am to 10:30 am, while lunch is served from Monday till Friday, from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm. The morning breakfast is served buffet-style, with a broad selection culinary options for the guests. Lunch, on the other hand, is served via two distinctive styles: buffet and a la carte.

Additionally, there is also the Weekend H-Tea Promotion, which includes the Classic Hi-Tea every Saturday, and the Sunday Family Fun Brunch every Sunday. Both of these special promotions start from 12:30pm to 4:00pm, centering around the unique New York style and fusion, for RM98* per adult, with a 50% for children and senior citizens. In addition, the 2nd Hi-Tea can be purchased with a 50% discount, or receive a 50% discount entitlement for the next visit. Also, children eat for free when they are accompanied by two full-paying adults, for a maximum of 4 children. The Weekend Hi-Tea Promotions are valid till 1 March 2020.

The restaurant’s signature menu items include the Brooklyn 99 Sous Vide Hotdogs, the New York Classic Corned Beef Mini Burger, the Grilled Lamb Kebab, and the Manhattan Pizza, which includes Pepperoni Pizza and Funghi Pizza, served with the classic Parmesan Cheese Powder, Tabasco Sauce, and Chili Flakes.

Carlsberg’s Malaysia launched their Chinese New Year (CNY) campaign “Double Cheers. Double Winnings.” at Sheng Mun @ Plaza Arkadia, Desa Park City, on 3 January 2020.

Managing Director Stefano Clini shared, “In our pursuit of creating better beers and better enjoyment, Carlsberg’s refreshing new look has won over beer lovers with its new look, coupled with practical betterments. To ring in the year 2020, Carlsberg is proud to unveil its CNY promotion “Double Cheers. Double Winnings.” that aims to reward beer lovers nationwide with chances to double-up their winnings abundantly by bringing home a limited-edition gigantic 3-litre Carlsberg CNY bottle!”
