MHB Digital’s (http://mhbdigital.com) principal photographer will be exhibiting his photos from the second season of the Wa! Journey! travel show entitled “Wa! Journey! -Discover JAPAN PRIDE-” which was recently shot in Japan.
The Japan experience event commemorating the show will be held in the area in front of Tokyo Street at PAVILION for 3 days from 8 to 10 November 2019 is open and free for public viewing.
“Wa! Journey! -Discover JAPAN PRIDE-” is a TV program produced by Japanese broadcasting stations, San-in Chuo TV (head office: Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture) and Okayama Broadcasting (with its head office in Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture, Japan), and will be broadcast on Media Prima TV3 from 11 December 2019.

The series of 30-minute episodes starts off in Fukuoka Prefecture, which has direct flights from Kuala Lumpur since March 2019 before heading to Okayama, Kagawa, Shimane and Tottori.
Singaporean reporter Anita Kapoor and Fiza Sabjahan from TV3, will be introducing viewers “JAPAN PRIDE” products produced with Japanese technology and spirit. They visited the sites where the products are made, and close in on the secret of the excellent products. Malaysian celebrity photographer Andy Kho strolls around the tourist spots in the product area, and introduces the attractions of tourism there from a Malaysian perspective.
The event at PAVILION will introduce the highlights of the program through video, and will exhibit beautiful pictures of Japan captured by Andy Kho during the shooting of the program.
There will be an “Experience Corner” where visitors can get a taste of Japan by wearing a yukata will be popular. Various partners will also introduce the products in the program and local specialties, and experience sightseeing with the special VR headset. Japanese sake distributed by Luen Heng F&B will also be available for purchase. Visitors can also vote for their favourite bonsai.
San-in Chuo TV says, “Through our program and the event, we would like people to know why JAPAN PRIDE products that Japan is proud of are highly rated worldwide and use more excellent Japanese products. Also, there are wonderful sightseeing spots and special products in the coverage area, so we hope people drop in there when they visit Japan.”
