Stepping into the culinary world at the tender age of 14, Nelly Robinson began his journey at the Michelin-starred Northcote Manor in the UK helmed by Chef Patron, Nigel Haworth. At 29, Robinson moved to Sydney, Australia and set taste buds alight by breathing new life into an already progressive dining scene with his unforgettable degustation-only experiences.
Chef Nelly Robinson and his team are widely celebrated for their innovative creations, experiential menus and attention to detail in their immersive story-telling like, “Land+Sea”, “British Pub Classics” and more.
“I’m a big kid at heart and our 11-course “Once Upon A Time” menu is an inspiration born of fond memories from my childhood watching Disney classics every weekend. Moved by some of my favourite characters and moments, we created dishes like, “Kiss The Tramp”, from one of Disney’s most iconic scenes in “Lady & The Tramp” – when Lady and Tramp kiss over a bowl of spaghetti and meatballs. Ours is a potato pasta with tomato, basil and meatballs or “Telling Pokey Pies”, a truffle and Gruyère goujère dish served with mushrooms which re-enacts the scene in “Pinocchio” – when he is trapped in a bird cage with his nose poking out just before his wise friend Jiminy Cricket saves him. Each course celebrates the magical world of fairy tales and childhood memories. It will be extraordinary, it will be fun and it will be a magical experience for everyone,” says Chef Nelly Robinson.

The “Once Upon A Time” menu will be available on November 6th, 7th and 8th for dinner and on November 9th for lunch, priced at MYR480.00+ per adult, MYR240+ per child aged 5-12 years and MYR680.00+ per adult with alcohol pairing.
