Fans of Australian wines do take note as the Margaret River on Tour will be will be making its debut in Malaysia at the Pullman KLCC on 24 August 2019. The event will allow you to experience the best of Western Australian wines while exploring the Margaret River region, voted the “Best In Asia Pacific” by Lonely Planet.

The one-day event, will be held in Pullman KLCC’s Blu Bar & Cigar, and will feature several exhibitors representing wineries like Cape Mentelle, Churchview Estate Margaret River, Flametree Wines, Howard Park Wines, Pierro Margaret River Vineyards, Vasse Felix, Voyager Estate, Woody Nook Wines and spirits from Margaret River Distilling Co.

The Kuala Lumpur stop will also host special guests Josh “Koomal” Whiteland from Koomal Dreaming, Chef Evan Hayter of Arimia Winery Restaurant, and internationally acclaimed award-winning photographer Russell Ord. Whiteland is a Wadandi custodian and will present a musical introduction to the world’s oldest living culture; Ord will showcase his photography exhibition at the event; while later in the evening Chef Hayter will lead a wine pairing dinner.

 

 

Whilst all event attendees will have opportunities to meet with the various exhibitors, winemakers and talents, VIP guests can also attend the masterclass* hosted by a panel of winemakers to learn more about the quality of Chardonnay wines from Margaret River and what makes them unique.

You can also discover more about Margaret River at the Travel Trade Experience and concierge desk, which will be highlighting properties and destinations of the region. Additionally, Luxury Escapes will bring the brand to life by offering a VIP lounge experience in the Whisky Bar of Blu Bar & Cigar.

Each ticket is priced at RM120 per person, and includes unlimited tastings of all exhibited wines, canapes and entertainment.
