Malaysia reborn! Photo creidt: Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad’s Facebook

We did it Malaysia! We managed to change the government peacefully! The onus now is on all of us to help our country progress away from the clutches of corruption and abuse of power.

My nine (9) year mission to see the corrupt BN government voted out of office has come to a close. Now that rule of law has returned to Malaysia, things are going to get quite interesting for those who have stolen the rakyat’s money over the past few years.

However, a new danger looms in the form of “religious” extremism as 1 in 10 Malaysians voted for the fundamentalist and Islamofacist party that misuses religion for their own political gain. We must all now protect our reclaimed democracy and keep it away from the extremists who would love to see the country as part of ISIS.
