[MIGF Special Feature]
Savini Ristorante Italiano is one of Kuala Lumpur’s hidden gems – tucked away in a corner of The Intermark along Jalan Tun Razak in downtown Kuala Lumpur. The restaurant is well-known among the city’s elite with many VIPs and captains of industry dining discretely in their multiple private rooms. For this year’s Malaysia International Gastronomy Festival menu, the culinary team which is led by the very experienced Chef Azizan Shukri has come up with two (2) menus; namely the full menu and a light menu for the festival.

What a way to cap off a memorable MIGF 2017. With Savini, I did 10 dinner reviews in all – probably the most bar the MIGF team themselves, and I must say that it was truly a case of having the best for last. The fantastic food that came with gorgeous Instagram worthy presentation, coupled with a romantic ambience made this a truly memorable dinner with my partner indeed!
For all the premium ingredients used, the price of the festival menus was not too exorbitant and that’s what MIGF is all about anyway – allowing gourmands the opportunity to have some truly sensational gourmet meals at an affordable price. Savini’s MIGF menu this year has to be the epitome of that concept.
For normal days, fortunately for us normal (not born with a silver spoon in our mouths) people, the F&B at Savini is not too exorbitantly priced however I personally feel that it’s best kept for special occasions and is great for special celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, marriage proposals, etc. etc.
