The BrandLaureate SMEs BestBrands Awards 2015-2016

Attended the BrandLaureate SMEs BestBrands Awards 2015 – 2016 with Veron on 10 March 2016 at The Majestic Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The awards were to recognize SMEs who have excelled in the past year and 75 awards from Corporate to Product to Leaderships awards were given out during the gala dinner.

During the night, over 70 companies and individuals received The BrandLaureate Awards which were divided into the following categories;

1) The BrandLaureate SMEs Brand Leadership Award

2) The BrandLaureate SMEs Brand of the Year Award

3) The BrandLaureate SMEs President’s Award

4) The BrandLaureate SMEs Business Couple of the Year Award

5) The BrandLaureate SMEs Signature Award

6) The BrandLaureate SMEs Corporate Branding Award

7) The BrandLaureate SMEs Product Branding Award

A total of 10 companies from various sectors won the coveted SMEs Brand of the Year Awards including: Beverly Wilshire Medical Centre (Health& Beauty), ChekHup (F&B-Coffee), Getha (Bedding Solutions), Inovar (Laminate Flooring), Jakel (Textiles), Koong Woh Tong, Q-Dees (Pre-School Education), Ronser Bio-Tech (Water Treatment), Subway (Sandwiches) and Worldgate (Logistics).

The SMEs BrandLaureate Brand Leadership Award was awarded to outstanding leaders who have played key and pivotal roles in building their brands to be market leaders. There were ten recipients of this award which was followed by the presentation of The BrandLaureate SMEs Brand Personality Award to YBhg Dato’ Nicky Liow, founder of http://www.518yunbao.com

The BrandLaureate SMEs Business Couple of the Year Award 2015-2016 celebrates and honors outstanding couples and partners who have built successful brands and business under their stewardship and went to YBhg Dato’ Vincent Choo and wife, Datin Cynthia Cheong who are the man and woman behind the success of Subway Malaysia.

The event also saw the launch of The BrandLaureate’s Blogazine, Brandology (www.thebrandlaureate.net) which features the latest trends and brand culture on the go.
