Huawei Launches the Huawei G8 in Malaysia

Huawei recently launched their new G8 smartphone which features a sturdy, full metal body that is processed with ceramic sand blasting that gives a classy feel. The 5.5-inch Full-HD display creates a natural colour effect with sharper reds and greens. The 2.5-D curved edges create a 3D-like visual that provides enhanced, life-like images that sharply enhances multimedia viewing experience for users. Fitted in with 3,000mAh battery, the Huawei G8 is capable of full day usage.

The Huawei G8 is equipped with a 28mm wide-angle lens, anti-vibration, RGBW sensors and Huawei G8 Beautification technology, where it allows users to take clear and vivid pictures even in inconsistent lighting conditions. The smartphone also comes with personalized filters and high-motion flashlight, and similar to Huawei Mate S, the Huawei G8 also incorporates Fingerprint 2.0 technology.

We took the G8 to Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur (http://www.shangri-la.com/kualalumpur/traders/) for a little shoot with MHB blogger Stephanie Lim (www.stephanielim.net) shot by MHB’s official photographer Andy Kho (www.andykho.com) at their steakhouse Gobo Upstairs Lounge & Grill, their hotel room as well as at SkyBar on Level 33.

We shot Traders Hotel’s new Memory Makers menu which features some new twists on classic items as well as some refreshing cocktails and a very photogenic dessert! The photos below are direct from the phone and are completely unedited. Some photos feature Stephanie using the Huawei latest tablet – the Mediapad M2 8.0.
