Headed over to the Pullman Bangsar on 17 October 2015 for the Guest Chef Series – Chocolate Crave by Chef Philippe Kotzky session which featured a cooking demo of Chocolate Soufflé from Chef Kotzky, and a hands-on session on his product, chocolate decoration transfer sheets.
Chef Philippe Kotzky graduated from Academy of Nice, France, and has come a long way from an apprentice to a pastry chef, to a highly respected Executive Pastry Chef. Chef Philippe comes from a family with pastry background, and has worked in countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, China, Canada, Macau and UAE before finally settling at Indonesia.
He has worked in renowned Michelin restaurants, such as L’amandier de Mougins (France) 2-star Michelin , La Belle Otero (France) 2-star Michelin, Baia Beniamin (Italy) 2-star Michelin, Hotel Casino Lisboa (Macao) 3-star Michelin; and 3-star New York Time rated restaurants such as Ocean (US), and Louis XVI (US).
Later on, Chef Kotzky, the winner of different international competitions, provided consultation in bakery and dessert products such as ice cream and chocolate, and then proceeded to manufacturing of chocolates under the brand and company PK Chocolat in Shanghai. Today, he is the Export Director of DecoTatoo Co. Limited where he manufactures chocolate decoration transfer sheets in Indonesia since year 2013.
