Had the opportunity to take my first ever sunset cruise to nowhere on a luxury yacht yesterday.

Guardians of the Galaxy
[Movie Review]
“Guardians of the Galaxy” is an epic adventure from Marvel Studios and is directed by James Gunn (“Slither,”“Super”) from his screenplay, with a story by Nicole Perlman and Gunn.
The film will introduce you to a whole new side of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that you probably had a glimpse of in the after-credits scene of The Avengers. This is a shift away from Earth and takes you on a more macro view of the Marvel Universe and the other races across the galaxy. If you’re a Marvel fan, you’d probably be familiar with some but fret not if you’re not because the movie is like a big intro to all the characters.
The action sequences are what you can expect in any Marvel movie, while the dialogue is hilariously funny especially if you have a good command of English. Look out for the walking thesaurus and Star Lord’s funny dance moves. Oh yeah, if you’re an 80’s baby you’re going to recognize some of the songs playing on Peter Quill’s Sony Walkman as well! It’s a fun summer action movie which I highly suggest that you watch in IMAX 3D to fully appreciate it.
The all-star cast includes Chris Pratt (“Zero Dark Thirty”, “Moneyball”) as Peter Quill aka Star-Lord, Zoe Saldana (“Star Trek Into Darkness”, “Avatar”) as Gamora, Dave Bautista (WWE superstar) as Drax the Destroyer, Lee Pace (“The Hobbit,” “Lincoln”) as Ronan the Accuser, Michael Rooker (“The Walking Dead”) as Yondu, Karen Gillan (BBC TV’s “Doctor Who”) as Nebula, two-time Academy Award® nominee Djimon Hounsou (“Amistad”, “Gladiator”) as Korath, with Academy Award® winner Benicio del Toro as The Collector, Academy Award® nominee John C. Reilly as Rhomann Dey, and six-time Academy Award® nominee Glenn Close as Nova Prime. Also do listen out for Vin Diesel who is the voice of Groot.
