This time round the “Johnnie Walker Black Circuit Lounge” which has been one of the most exclusive and luxurious parties since 2010 has been renamed the “Johnnie Walker Circuit Lounge” and held at the Subang Skypark on 23 March 2013.
After a sumptious Japanese dinner, I headed over to Subang Skypark at 8.30pm to meet the girls from Malaysia’s Hottest Bloggers. The complimentary valet service when we arrived was a great way to start the night while registration was a breeze and soon we were inside one of the most happening Formula One parties in Malaysia!
The venue this time was the Subang Skypark which is really near my house but as I didn’t want to drink and drive I chose to stay over at the Saujana Hotel just down the road from the party venueRegistration was a breeze as I had pre-registered my RFID tag onlineMy partner-in-crime for the night.First up, a photo at the photowall as always.Then on to the mixology bar where the mixologists were serving some very cool drinks and even tarts with Johnnie Walker infused cream!Interesting concoctions such as the gula Melaka and pandan with JOHNNIE WALKER® BLACK LABEL® at the Black Flavour Lab.The interative photobooth where guests got to customize a photo of themselvesUploaded this one to my Facebook using the RFID tag providedInsta-Glam for those who well…feel the need to look better? LolGuests also had the chance to pledge to never drink and drive with a digitally enabled personal signature on the JoinThePact.com interactive photo wall.Good thing we got there early as the crowd eventually built up to this!With Naomi, Steph, Conne and Andy KhoNo guesses as to which drink I was drinking the whole night hahaha!VIP table right in front of the stage for us!We even had premium Evian water to go with our whisky!Great entertainment from a good lineup of DJs which included local eccentric trio IMMA*BLEEP*YOUUP, the hot and sexy DJ Vogue Williams, and Australian electronic music pioneer Ivan Gough.DJ Vogue Williams on the decks!DJ Vogue Williams’s husband is none other than boyband Westlife’s Brian McFadden who came along to enjoy the party!Everyone was having a great time!The event had some celebs show up too such as DJ and model Patricia K seen here with her friendsThen it was my favourite time at Johnnie Walker parties – Gold Celebration moment!A beauty craddling a beauty!

Before I knew it it was already past 1.00am and time for me to head back as I had to be at Sepang International Circuit to watch the Formula One race. Four and a half hours went by in a flash and it was due to the fact that I really enjoyed myself tremendously. Pity the Circuit Lounge only happens twice a year but I guess that’s part of its appeal and exclusivity.
On the way out were were given bottles of Evian mineral water to hydrate us.
