Headed over to Rootz Club KL on 15 November 2012 with the girls and Andy Kho from Malaysia’s Hottest Bloggers for the annual Passion for Fashion celebration which brings professionals from the fashion and film industry together for a fun and glamorous night of networking and drinking!
First launched in 2009, (read about Passion for Fashion 2011 here) Passion for Fashion has become an eagerly anticipated industry event with an international appeal. The attendance of international models, directors, actors, photographers, hosts, celebrities, soccialites, agencies, producers and editors make it a powerful networking event for people aspiring to break into the industry.
The night was an exciting fusion of music and fashion with loads of Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve and Kronenbourg 1664 to celebrate the occasion.
The highlight of the evening was the annual awards ceremony for the Best Dressed Man & Woman, Best Photographer, Best Director, Best Production House, Model of the Year and the Johnnie Walker Passion for Progress award, which was awarded to individuals who have used their standing in the fashion world to make a difference and give back to society.
Among the notable winners were Andrea Fonseka and Leng Yein.
World renowned DJs Bento from Japan, and Smith Agent Smith from Hollywood provided the beats for the night.
