The Exchange TRX Unveils a Festive Dreamscape with “Twirl into Wonderland” 

The Exchange TRX’s Christmas campaign – Twirl Into Wonderland, was officially launched by Trevor Hill, General Manager and Jessica Leong, Head of Marketing at The Exchange TRX on 27 November 2025

The Exchange TRX has launched its Christmas campaign for 2025, transforming the lifestyle destination into an immersive festive experience that will run until 4 January 2026. The “Twirl into Wonderland” campaign brings together immersive installations, inspired activations, and seasonal experiences designed to celebrate the spirit of the holidays with visitors across the festive period.

At the heart of the celebration is a stunning festive carousel positioned at Central Exchange on the Ground Floor. The attraction is surrounded by enchanting décor and a curated selection of seasonal pop-ups offering holiday shopping and dining options.

Guests can explore holiday offerings from L’Oréal Luxe brands, including YSL, Armani, Lancôme, and Shu Uemura. The pop-up area also features Molton Brown’s indulgent gifting collections and Godiva’s chocolate gift sets and soft serve treats. SEIBU has set up displays showcasing apparel and home décor selections, while whimsical cotton candy and popcorn carts add a playful touch to the festive atmosphere.

The carousel rides are priced at RM10 per ride, with all proceeds going to support World Vision Malaysia. This initiative reflects The Exchange TRX’s commitment to giving back to the community during the festive season.

Louis Vuitton has unveiled its 2025 Holiday campaign with an enchanted carousel adventure running through 31 December 2025. Visitors are invited to celebrate the season at the Louis Vuitton Holidays exclusive pop-up, which features whimsical surprises, treats, and curated luxury gifting ideas. The festive escape offers options for those looking to spread joy to loved ones or select something special for themselves this season.

From 6 to 28 December 2025, TRX City Park will host “Avatar: Journey Through Pandora,” bringing cinematic magic to the outdoor space. Inspired by Pandora’s bioluminescent landscapes from the film series, the installation features glowing flora, sculptural canopies, and radiant sky pavilions that transform the park into an otherworldly escape.

Designed as a family-friendly and camera-ready experience, the installation offers a spectacular festive addition to the season’s celebrations, providing visitors with an immersive environment distinct from traditional Christmas displays.

The campaign includes various festive performances and activations across the destination. Visitors can enjoy a Christmas Parade, live carolling sessions, Santa meet-and-greets, and multiple interactive pop-ups throughout the venue.

Notable installations include POP MART at MRT Plaza, featuring a whimsical display with a crystal ornament and festive décor. At Beauty Galleria, Fresh presents “A Taste of Holiday,” a sensorial pop-up spotlighting scent, skincare, and holiday gifting options.

Urban Node hosts Radiant Korea, a showcase celebrating Korean beauty, skincare, and food and beverage culture. At the Concourse, holiday pop-ups feature a Christmas Market and a Harry Potter & Disney Breakfast Buddies Pop-Up, offering festive entertainment and shopping opportunities.

At Raintree Plaza, The Exchange TRX’s signature 60-foot Christmas tree serves as a striking festive landmark for the district. Adorned with shimmering ornaments and illuminated by golden lights, the towering tree forms the centrepiece of the open-air plaza.

A charming holiday train positioned nearby enhances the joyful ambience, offering families a delightful ride that complements the modern skyline and the season’s celebrations.

To enhance the shopping experience, “Twirl into Wonderland” introduces three festive redemption tiers, each offering exclusive seasonal treasures for shoppers.

The first tier offers an Exclusive Festive Blind Box for customers who spend RM600 in a single receipt, or RM500 for those using a UOB credit or debit card.

The second tier provides a Holiday Carousel Scented Candle for shoppers who spend RM3,000 across two receipts, reduced to RM2,500 with a UOB credit or debit card.

The third tier is a Member Exclusive offer featuring a Rituals Festive Gift Set and Godiva G Cube Chocolates, available to those who spend RM10,500 across three receipts, or RM10,000 with a UOB credit or debit card.

Visitors can look forward to a range of festive performances and activities including the Santarina Dance, Christmas Magic Show, Santa Meet & Greet, Christmas Ballet Dance, Acapella Performance, Carolling and many other exciting shows at Central Exchange.
