Gulfstream Completes 200th G600 Delivery

Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. announced on 23 March 2026 that it had delivered its 200th Gulfstream G600 to a customer based in North America. The aircraft, configured at Gulfstream’s St. Louis facility, marks a milestone for a program that has built a reputation for speed, range and operational dependability.

The G600 fleet has logged more than 197,000 flight hours and completed over 87,000 landings. The fleet’s experience in service has contributed to the G600’s standing as a leading ultra-long-range business jet, where operators value efficiency, cabin comfort and reliability. The aircraft has set 95 city-pair speed records, including a recent achievement that surpassed a mark previously held for more than a decade.

In late February, a G600 flew from Aspen, Colorado, to London City Airport in 7 hours, 42 minutes at an average speed of Mach 0.91. This flight demonstrated the aircraft’s ability to maintain high speeds over extended distances while connecting distant city pairs. The fleet’s operational history, including these record flights, reflects consistent performance in real-world conditions.

“Interest in the G600 remains incredibly strong worldwide as customers continue to be impressed with its remarkable capabilities. Reaching the 200th delivery reflects the program’s continued momentum and the aircraft’s proven maturity.”

Mark Burns, president of Gulfstream

The G600’s capabilities have been further validated by regulatory recognition. In January, the European Union Aviation Safety Agency certified the G600 and its sister aircraft, the Gulfstream G500, for steep-approach landings. This certification allows operations at airports with restrictive approach procedures, including London City, expanding the aircraft’s operational reach.

Known for its award-winning interior design, the G600 can be configured with up to four living areas and can seat as many as 19 passengers. The aircraft offers two range options: 6,600 nautical miles at Mach 0.85 or 5,600 nautical miles at Mach 0.90, with a maximum operating speed of Mach 0.925. These specifications provide operators with the flexibility to choose between longer range or shorter travel times, depending on their operational needs.

The G600 competes in the ultra-long-range business jet segment, where buyers prioritize range, speed and cabin comfort. The aircraft’s performance metrics, including its speed records and steep-approach certification, have strengthened its position as a versatile option for global travel. The fleet’s operational history—more than 197,000 flight hours and 87,000 landings—demonstrates its reliability and low maintenance requirements, factors that are critical for business aviation operators.

Gulfstream’s focus on delivering aircraft that combine innovation with proven performance has resonated in the market. The G600 and G500 have established the company as a key player in long-range business aviation, where operators seek aircraft that can connect distant destinations efficiently.

The steep-approach certification is particularly valuable for operators who need to access airports like London City, which have stringent approach procedures. This approval reflects the G600’s ability to meet regulatory standards while offering operational benefits to users.

Gulfstream’s track record with the G600 aligns with the company’s broader strategy of providing aircraft that deliver both advanced technology and dependable service. The 200th delivery underscores the program’s growth and the sustained demand for an aircraft that balances performance with practicality.

Gulfstream Appoints MJets as Authorised Sales Representative for Thailand

Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. appointed MJets Limited, a leading private aviation service provider in Asia, as its authorized international sales representative for Thailand. Under the agreement, MJets will promote and support Gulfstream’s business aircraft sales efforts across the country, acting as a direct liaison between the manufacturer and Thai customers.

Thailand’s private aviation sector has grown alongside the broader expansion of business aviation in Southeast Asia. As Gulfstream continues to see increasing demand for long-range, high-performance aircraft in the region, this partnership aims to strengthen the company’s ability to engage with local operators and prospective buyers.

Gulfstream has observed significant growth in Asia, particularly for its newest models, the Gulfstream G700 and G800. These aircraft are designed to meet the demands of operators who require range, speed, comfort and advanced technology for intercontinental travel. The G700 and G800 have gained traction among buyers seeking aircraft capable of reaching farther destinations faster than earlier-generation models.

Several G700 aircraft have already been delivered to customers in the region, with the first G800 expected to arrive in 2026. These deliveries reflect Gulfstream’s strategy of expanding its presence in markets where ultra-long-range business jets are in high demand. The company’s focus on performance and cabin comfort has resonated with operators in Asia, where private aviation is increasingly seen as a tool for efficient global connectivity.

MJets, founded by William E. Heinecke and Kirit Shah, brings extensive experience in aircraft sales, management and fixed-based operation services to the collaboration. The company operates Thailand’s first business jet terminal at Bangkok’s Don Mueang International Airport, providing a dedicated facility for private aircraft owners. MJets also holds the distinction of operating the first Gulfstream G700 to be delivered in Thailand, demonstrating its commitment to supporting Gulfstream’s latest models.

The appointment formalises MJets’ position as the official point of contact for Gulfstream in Thailand, enabling the company to leverage its local market knowledge and customer relationships. This arrangement allows Gulfstream to provide Thai operators and prospects with direct access to product information, sales support and after-sales service.

“As we continue to see business aviation grow throughout Asia, we look forward to leveraging MJets’ local expertise to give customers and prospects the opportunity to experience the high quality and craftsmanship of Gulfstream aircraft firsthand. MJets is a well-respected member of the business aviation community, and their strong customer relationships and shared commitment to excellence made them an ideal partner.”

Michael Swift, group vice president of international sales at Gulfstream

Swift emphasised the importance of local partnerships in markets where business aviation is expanding. By working with established service providers like MJets, Gulfstream can ensure that customers receive tailored support and access to its latest aircraft technologies.

“As the official authorised sales representative in Thailand, we are honoured to serve as a direct bridge between Thai owners and one of the world’s most respected aircraft manufacturers”

William E. Heinecke, co-founder of MJets

“This appointment allows us to bring Gulfstream’s vision, performance and craftsmanship closer to our customers—supported by local expertise, long-term operational understanding and a shared standard of excellence.”

Kirit Shah, co-founder of MJets

Shah emphasised the value of combining Gulfstream’s global reputation with MJets’ on-the-ground knowledge. The collaboration positions both companies to better serve the Thai market, where private aviation is evolving alongside economic growth and increased demand for long-range travel solutions.

MJets provides a range of services to private aircraft owners, including sales, management and fixed-based operation functions. Its terminal at Don Mueang International Airport is designed to meet the needs of business jet operators, offering amenities and operational support tailored to the region’s growing private aviation sector.

The company’s experience with the Gulfstream G700—including its role as the first operator of the model in Thailand—demonstrates its ability to support Gulfstream’s latest aircraft. This hands-on experience positions MJets as a knowledgeable partner for prospective buyers considering the G700 or G800.

The partnership reflects broader trends in Asia’s business aviation market, where operators increasingly seek aircraft that combine performance, range and comfort. Gulfstream’s G700 and G800 have gained recognition for their ability to fly longer distances without compromising on speed or cabin amenities, making them attractive options for travelers who require global connectivity.

Thailand serves as a key market in Southeast Asia, with a growing base of private aviation users who value flexibility and efficiency. The appointment of MJets as Gulfstream’s representative in the country supports the manufacturer’s goal of expanding its footprint in a region where demand for high-end business aircraft continues to rise.
