Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur is commemorating its first year of operations with a promotional campaign and an array of festive dining experiences throughout December 2025. The hotel has launched its “Centric Turns 1 – Book, Scratch & Win” campaign, offering guests who book stays between now and 18 December 2025 the opportunity to receive mystery scratch cards upon check-in. Winners can receive complimentary hotel stays, room upgrades, dining vouchers, World of Hyatt Bonus Points, and other rewards.

The promotion is valid for stays occurring between 1 December and 18 December 2025. Guests will receive their scratch cards during the check-in process.

The hotel’s signature Italian restaurant, IL Forno, will present a series of holiday menus throughout the festive season. Executive Chef Carbone Vincenzo and Chef de Cuisine Christian have developed special offerings for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

The restaurant will host a semi-buffet dinner on Christmas Eve (24 December) and a brunch buffet on Christmas Day (25 December), both priced at MYR 250 per adult, with children aged 6-12 receiving a 50% discount. Similar offerings will be available on New Year’s Eve (31 December) and New Year’s Day (1 January 2026) at MYR 280 per adult.

World of Hyatt members receive a 10% discount on all festive meals. Early bird discounts of 15% are available for bookings made by 15 December for Christmas events and by 22 December for New Year’s events.

@21 Rooftop Bar is introducing a Festive Happy Hour menu available throughout December 2025. The bar will serve four seasonal cocktails from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM daily, including Spiced Sangria, Christmas Julep, Jingle Berry Spritz, and Topical Santa-tea.

The rooftop venue offers panoramic views of the Kuala Lumpur skyline and will serve as an extension of the festive celebrations for IL Forno diners.
