Sime Darby Auto ConneXion has launched the all-new Ford Ranger WildTrak 3.0L V6 Turbo Diesel in Malaysia, marking a significant upgrade to the pickup truck segment with enhanced power and performance capabilities. The new model, unveiled at Heritage Valley Kuala Lumpur on 22 August 2025, is priced at RM192,888 for Peninsular Malaysia, with pricing at RM198,688 for Sabah and Sarawak.

At the heart of the new WildTrak lies a class-leading 3.0L V6 turbocharged diesel engine that delivers 250PS at 3,250 rpm and an impressive peak torque of 600Nm at 1,750 rpm, setting a new performance benchmark in its segment. The powertrain is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and full-time four-wheel drive system.

The vehicle offers six drive modes – Normal, Eco, Tow/Haul, Slippery, Mud/Ruts and Sand – along with four advanced drivetrain modes to handle various driving conditions from city streets to off-road terrain.

The exterior features upgraded Performance LED lighting with best-in-class Matrix LED headlamps and signature C-clamp daytime running lights. The vehicle rides on new 20-inch alloy wheels with 255/55 R20 tires and includes a full-size spare wheel. A distinctive V6 emblem on the front fender highlights its premium positioning.

Inside, the modernised cabin includes a 12-inch infotainment touchscreen with SYNC® 4A voice command system supporting wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™. An 8-inch TFT Multi-Information Display provides clear driving data, while convenience features include a wireless charging pad and windscreen-mounted USB port for dashcam connectivity.

Safety features include the Blind Spot Information System (BLIS), Lane Departure Warning with Lane-Keeping Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop-and-Go and Lane Centering, Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, and Post-Collision Braking.

The new Ford Ranger WildTrak 3.0L V6 Turbo Diesel is available in four colours: Arctic White, Absolute Black, Luxe Yellow and Meteor Grey.

Early bird customers will receive a complimentary 2-Year Extended Service Package and a limited-edition cooler bag upon delivery. Online bookings include an additional exclusive Ford camping chair.

Auto ConneXion-Ford has expanded its service offerings with Ford Mobile Service (FMS) now available in Ara Damansara and Petaling Jaya areas, providing doorstep vehicle service. Vehicle pick-up and delivery services are also available at both branches, while the Express Service network has been extended to 15 dealers nationwide.

The company plans to progressively roll out mobile services to additional Ford dealerships across the country as part of its customer-focused ownership experience initiatives.
