Elegant Fine Caviar and Cohiba Atmosphere Kuala Lumpur to Host Exclusive Caviar & Champagne Pairing Workshop

Fine dining, caviar and champagne enthusiasts in Kuala Lumpur will soon have the opportunity to experience the art of caviar and champagne pairing through a new workshop series launching this month.

Elegant Fine Caviar, known for its sustainably farmed premium caviars from the Amur River, has partnered with Cohiba Atmosphere Kuala Lumpur to offer exclusive pairing workshops that combine education with luxury dining.

The first workshop will take place on 25 June 2025 at Cohiba Atmosphere in Kota Damansara. The workshops are designed to accommodate private and corporate groups of 12 to 24 participants.

Attendees will explore three exceptional caviar varieties while learning about the delicacy’s history, harvesting processes, and sustainability practices. The experience includes guided tastings that demonstrate how champagne’s effervescence, acidity, and complex flavours enhance caviar’s nuanced taste profiles.

The workshop format promises both traditional and innovative accompaniments alongside the caviar and champagne pairings, aiming to provide a comprehensive educational experience for participants.
