Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur’s Michelin-selected Cantonese restaurant Yun House will celebrate its seventh anniversary with an exclusive four-hands dining experience titled “A Taste of Macao” from 3 to 6 July 2025.
The culinary collaboration brings together two prominent Cantonese chefs: Chef Anthony Ho from Zi Yat Heen, the one-Michelin-starred restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Macao, and Yun House’s Chef Jimmy Wong from Hong Kong. The celebration will culminate on July 5 with special anniversary surprises for attendees.
Chef Anthony Ho serves as Executive Chinese Chef at the multi-awarded Zi Yat Heen at Four Seasons Hotel Macao. Born and raised in Hong Kong, his culinary path was influenced by his father’s work in the food and beverage industry, which exposed him to numerous Chinese restaurants and sparked his ambition to become a chef. With over 22 years of experience, Chef Anthony focuses on traditional Cantonese cuisine as his foundation while embracing experimentation and innovation to create distinctive dishes.
“We’re delighted to welcome Chef Anthony for this special collaboration, giving our guests in Kuala Lumpur the rare opportunity to sample signature flavours from Zi Yat Heen, one of my personal favourite Cantonese restaurants. Commemorating Yun House’s journey over the last seven years, this exciting event reinforces our commitment to culinary excellence and our passion for creating unforgettable, one-of-a-kind experiences for those who love Cantonese cuisine.”

The specially crafted menu will showcase both chefs’ award-winning skills, elevating traditional Cantonese flavours with contemporary techniques. Featured dishes include Braised Fish Maw in Millet Broth infused with black truffle and Wok-Fried Lobster with dried shallots and black olives. These signature preparations will be available both as part of the set menu and a la carte for lunch and dinner, with the exception of dinner service on 5 July 2025. (The anniversary celebration promises additional surprises on the evening of 5 July 2025, though details remain undisclosed.)
The dining experience runs from 3 to 6 July 2025, for both lunch and dinner service. The set menu is priced at MYR 668 per person, with a la carte options available except for dinner on 5 July.
