Her Bangkok establishment, Lady Butcher, represents her vision of merging traditional butchery with fine dining concepts, where each dish reflects craftsmanship, heritage, and culinary innovation.
“Bringing Chef Natt to Nipah is not just about a meal – it’s about an exchange of knowledge, a celebration of craftsmanship, and a bold step forward in culinary excellence. Food is more than sustenance – it is a cultural bridge, a learning opportunity, and an artistic expression. By hosting Chef Natt, we are showcasing world-class culinary talent in our local dining scene, empowering our chefs with cutting-edge techniques and sustainable practices, and delivering unparalleled value to guests seeking premium, thoughtfully crafted cuisine.”
Justin Lee, General Manager of EQ

Chef Natt’s menu will feature Australian beef preparations with Thai influences, including Australian beef carpaccio with jaew dressing, Thai-spiced Australian braised beef with rice noodles, Wagyu steak with makwaen jaew sauce, grilled Australian beef in banana leaf, and Australian beef gaeng om.
“This is more than a dining event – it is a culinary movement. Join us as we explore the future of meat, the art of butchery, and the joy of exceptional food with my talented teammates here at EQ,” said Chef Natt.

Tune Talk Pushes Boundaries with an Epik In-App Entertainment Rollout

Malaysian telecommunications provider Tune Talk has launched what it claims is the country’s first in-app streaming and gaming platform integrated directly into a telco’s mobile application. The new entertainment hub allows subscribers to watch drama series, play casual games, and earn loyalty points without requiring separate downloads or account registrations.
The entertainment features, developed in partnership with cloud entertainment platform Jolibox, transform the Tune Talk app from a standard telecommunications tool into what the company describes as a “digital playground.” Users can stream curated drama content, access browser-based games, and accumulate Tune Talk Points that can be redeemed for premium content and in-app rewards.
The launch addresses Malaysia’s growing mobile entertainment market, with recent data from DataReportal’s Digital 2025: Malaysia report showing that 97.7% of the local population are internet users, supported by 43.3 million cellular mobile connections in early 2025 – equivalent to 121% of the total population.
To mark the launch, Tune Talk is providing one month of free access to all subscribers. Following the promotional period, drama streaming will be available exclusively to Epik 50+ plan subscribers, while gaming features will be accessible to both Epik 50+ and Epik 35+ subscribers.

Gurtaj Singh Padda, Co-founder, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Tune Talk
The platform offers on-demand drama series for mobile viewing alongside casual games designed for quick play sessions. The integrated points system rewards user engagement, with earned points redeemable for content unlocks, ad-skipping options, and exclusive rewards.
The entertainment integration relies on technology from Jolibox, a cloud entertainment platform specialising in content delivery and gamification. The partnership positions Jolibox as Tune Talk’s primary content provider for both gaming and streaming services.
“We are thrilled to collaborate with Tune Talk to bring this innovative experience to life. At Jolibox, our mission is to redefine how people access and enjoy digital entertainment. By embedding our platform directly within the Tune Talk App, we’re breaking down barriers and making it easier than ever for Malaysians to watch, play, and be rewarded — all in one place.”

Shawn Lim, Head of Marketing at Tune Talk
The initiative represents Tune Talk’s broader strategy to position itself as a lifestyle-focused telecommunications provider rather than a traditional connectivity service. Since launching in 2009, the company has marketed itself as Asia’s fastest-growing cloud-enabled mobile network operator, emphasising affordable rates and digital innovation.
The entertainment hub launch comes as mobile operators across Southeast Asia seek to differentiate their services beyond basic connectivity, with integrated digital services becoming increasingly common as a customer retention and acquisition strategy.
Tune Talk’s entertainment features are now available through the company’s mobile application, with subscribers able to access the platform using their existing account credentials.
