Samsung Malaysia Electronics recently introduced its latest lineup of intelligent home appliances, marking a significant advancement in AI-powered domestic technology. The 2025 Bespoke AI collection, officially launched on 17 April 2025, features three flagship products: the Bespoke AI Side by Side Refrigerator, Bespoke AI Laundry Top Load, and Bespoke AI Jet Ultra vacuum cleaner.

The new appliances represent Samsung’s commitment to integrating artificial intelligence into everyday household tasks, offering enhanced connectivity, energy efficiency, and user convenience through advanced smart features.

The centerpiece of the new lineup is the 594L Bespoke AI Side-by-Side Refrigerator, which features a 9-inch LCD AI Home screen for seamless device integration. The appliance supports Bixby voice commands and Multi-Device Experience (MDE), allowing users to make calls, stream music, and receive cooking suggestions through SmartThings Food Management.

Notable innovations include Auto Open Door functionality, utilising sensors to detect when users’ hands are occupied and opening automatically with a light touch or voice command. The refrigerator’s AI Energy Mode can reduce power consumption by up to 10% by optimising compressor speed and defrost cycles based on environmental conditions.

To maintain food freshness, the unit incorporates a built-in UV deodoriser and filtration system that provides continuous air circulation and odour elimination.

Samsung’s Bespoke AI Top-Load Washer series, available in 13kg to 21kg capacities, introduces three key AI technologies: AI Wash, AI Energy Mode, and AI Vibration Reduction Technology Plus (VRT+).

The AI Wash feature automatically detects fabric types and load weights, adjusting water levels, agitation patterns, and cycle durations accordingly. Users can achieve up to 20% energy savings through the SmartThings AI Energy Mode when used with compatible wash cycles.

The washers incorporate Ecobubble technology, combining BubbleStorm and Dual Storm systems for enhanced cleaning efficiency. This technology delivers up to 25% energy savings, 13% water reduction, cleaning speeds 2.5 times faster, and 20% improved fabric care compared to conventional washing methods.

Samsung backs the washers with a 20-year warranty on the Digital Inverter Motor, reflecting confidence in the product’s durability and performance.

The Bespoke AI Jet Ultra cordless vacuum demonstrates Samsung’s most powerful cleaning technology to date, generating up to 400W of suction power. At its core is the innovative HexaJet Motor, featuring a hexagonal stator structure, second-stage diffuser, and optimised impeller design for maximum airflow efficiency.

The vacuum operates for up to 100 minutes on a single charge in minimum mode, making whole-home cleaning possible without interruption. The upgraded AI Cleaning Mode 2.0 automatically adjusts performance across six different cleaning environments by analysing brush load and air pressure.

A Multi-layered Filtration System with HEPA technology captures 99.999% of particles as small as 0.3µm, preventing dust recirculation. The device features built-in Wi-Fi connectivity and an onboard LCD screen displaying battery status, alerts, and call notifications.

All 2025 Bespoke AI appliances incorporate Samsung Knox security technology, providing multi-layered data protection for smart home networks. The introduction of Knox Vault represents a first for home appliances, utilising dedicated hardware chips to securely store sensitive information such as passwords.

In preparation for future cybersecurity challenges, Samsung has implemented Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) within Knox Matrix Credential Sync for screen-equipped models. The SmartThings Home Care service uses AI monitoring to detect appliance issues and facilitate remote technical support through pre-diagnosis capabilities.
