Gulfstream Strengthens Qatar Executive’s Fleet with Two New G700 Aircraft

Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. has bolstered Qatar Executive’s fleet with the addition of two more Gulfstream G700 aircraft. These latest deliveries, completed using a blend of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), bring the total number of G700 aircraft in Qatar Executive’s fleet to six, with a further four planned for future delivery.

These new additions, delivered in December 2024, join Qatar Executive’s existing fleet of four Gulfstream G700 and 15 Gulfstream G650ER aircraft. The expanding fleet is a testament to Qatar Executive’s commitment to providing the pinnacle of luxury and performance in business aviation.

“The unprecedented speed with which the team has been able to deliver this remarkable aircraft is a true testament to the quality and maturity of the G700 program. Qatar Executive has been a long-standing, valued partner of Gulfstream for many years and we are pleased to continue that partnership by adding more of these exceptional aircraft to their growing fleet.”

The G700, a flagship model from Gulfstream, boasts the most spacious cabin in its class and offers the renowned Gulfstream Cabin Experience, which includes 100% fresh air, whisper-quiet noise levels, and natural light from 20 Gulfstream Panoramic Oval Windows. With the industry’s lowest cabin altitude, the G700 ensures unparalleled comfort for its passengers.

Since its introduction, the G700 has set over 65 city-pair speed records and is capable of flying 7,750 nautical miles (14,353 kilometres) at Mach 0.85 or 6,650 nautical miles (12,316 kilometres) at Mach 0.90. Its maximum operating speed of Mach 0.935 makes it the fastest aircraft in the Gulfstream fleet.

The aircraft’s advanced wing and winglet design, in conjunction with Rolls-Royce Pearl 700 engines and the award-winning Gulfstream Symmetry Flight Deck™, enhances safety and efficiency, delivering ultralong range and high speed.

In addition to the certifications from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), the G700 has also received type certificate validations from ten nations, including the most recent validation from the Civil Aviation Safety Authority in Australia.
