The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur has partnered with Park90 Kuala Lumpur to transform its Drawing Room into an exclusive wine lounge by night. This collaboration, which began in July 2024, aims to reintroduce the allure of wine to connoisseurs and elevate the country’s wine scene.

The Drawing Room, known for hosting the St. Regis signature afternoon tea during the day, will undergo a nightly metamorphosis into an intimate wine lounge. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy cosy conversations over a curated selection of fine wines exclusively provided by Park90 Kuala Lumpur.

Park90, renowned for its impressive collection and industry-leading team of sommeliers, brings an extensive range of over 530 wine labels to The Drawing Room. The selection spans from old world to new world wines, showcasing both traditional and innovative winemaking styles. Wine aficionados can look forward to sampling exclusive wines such as Petrus, Sassicaia, and Screaming Eagle, served by the glass.

Adding to the allure, Park90 plans to introduce a Coravin Wine Selection in the coming months, allowing guests to enjoy rare wines by the glass. Park90 members will benefit from special pricing, enhancing the value of their membership.

The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur’s Executive Chef Azizi Taslim has crafted exclusive menus to complement the wine offerings. Additionally, Justin Ho Li Vern, Head Sommelier of Park90 Kuala Lumpur, has designed a pairing menu to create an unparalleled culinary experience.

A dedicated sommelier will guide guests through a holistic wine tasting journey, ensuring each experience is both enriching and memorable. Justin Ho, a celebrated Malaysian sommelier with numerous international accolades, will lead the wine program and host exclusive tastings throughout the three-year partnership.

The Drawing Room’s ambiance, with its ceiling-height glass panels offering nighttime views of the city, provides a sophisticated backdrop for this unique wine experience. Wine enthusiasts are invited to savour this blend of fine wines and culinary excellence, with the promise of periodically refreshed menus to keep the experience engaging.
