Dassault Aviation aims to make a powerful statement at the upcoming Singapore Air Show by showcasing two of their most impressive business jets: the brand new Falcon 6X and the ever-popular Falcon 2000LXS. This marks a significant moment for the 6X, as it will be its first appearance in Asia. This long-range twinjet boasts the largest cabin cross-section of any purpose-built business jet in the world, offering unparalleled comfort and space for passengers. The 6X recently achieved both FAA and EASA certification, signifying its compliance with the strictest safety standards. Following its debut at the air show, the 6X will embark on an extensive demonstration tour throughout Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, showcasing its capabilities to potential customers across the Asia Pacific region. This tour will conclude a worldwide demonstration that has already covered the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East.
“Operators who have flown the 6X as it has made its way around the globe, praise the unparalleled quietness, comfort and spaciousness of the cabin. The 6X also retains the peerless handling, versatility and short-field capability typical of all our Falcons.”
Dassault Aviation Chairman and CEO Eric Trappier
While the 6X features cutting-edge innovative design, Dassault will also highlight the dependable Falcon 2000LXS. This versatile jet is a proven performer, having garnered a loyal following with nearly 700 units sold worldwide. The 2000LXS boasts an impressive 4,000 nautical mile (7,400 kilometer) range, allowing for nonstop flights from Singapore to a vast network of destinations within Asia and Australia. It can even reach Dubai in a single bound, making it a compelling choice for business travellers seeking long-distance connectivity. Significantly, the 2000LXS also offers short-field capability comparable to smaller midsize jets, providing greater flexibility when choosing departure and arrival airports.

Dassault’s presence at the Singapore Air Show will extend beyond simply showcasing their aircraft. They will also emphasize their commitment to providing exceptional after-sales support for their customers in the Asia Pacific region. The company is actively expanding its product support footprint to ensure a seamless ownership experience for Falcon operators. Later this month, Dassault’s affiliate company, ExecuJet MR0, is scheduled to open a brand new 149,500 square foot (13,900 square meter) service center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This state-of-the-art facility at Subang Airport will be equipped to handle maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services for the entire Dassault jet range, including even the largest models like the 6X and the 10X. The Kuala Lumpur service center is poised to become a leading hub for business aviation support in the region.
This expansion in Asia complements Dassault’s recent investment in the Middle East. Their wholly owned subsidiary, ExecuJet MRO Services, recently inaugurated a new 165,250 square foot (15,350 square meter) service center in Dubai. This significantly increases Dassault’s aftermarket service offerings in the region, ensuring that Falcon owners throughout the Middle East have access to top-notch maintenance and repair services. Dassault’s commitment doesn’t stop there. ExecuJet MRO Services also operates full-service support facilities in Sydney, Perth, and Melbourne, Australia, solidifying Dassault’s comprehensive service network across the Asia Pacific region.
