Brasserie on the Eighth interior will once again be transformed into a snowy pop-up French winter market. A semi-buffet dinner allows diners construct a menu they desire. An all-you-can-eat station featuring freshly shucked French oysters, Boston lobsters and Alaskan king crab leg on the ice will be set up on 24, 25 and 31 December 2018 to further pamper diners with signature homemade foie gras terrine and classic but hearty main dish. Enticing choices include Slow-roasted A4 Wagyu Beef Tenderloin and A4 Wagyu Short Rib and Turkey Ballotine Stuffed with Duxelle Mushroom.

With a classic, gleeful setting, Garden Café features a heap of delicious offerings including Boston lobster, roasted whole American turkey and wagyu prime rib. Also, Chefs from the culinary team will show off their impeccable skills carving a jet-fresh fish sashimi.
Bubbly Champagne Afternoon Tea with Perrier-Jouët
The Lobby Lounge will be having their Bubbly Perrier-Jouët Champagne afternoon tea from 1 December 2018 to 6 January 2019. The menu of the afternoon tea set carries an array of food items made with deluxe festive ingredients. Highlighted sweets include the Champagne-infused Kir Royale jelly with Champagne sabayon, raspberry and chocolate Champagne mousse cake, homemade Christmas stolen, festive spiced cookies and many more. At guest’s departure, the guests will also receive an Anemone bracelet with floral pattern as Christmas gift.
