Dynasty Chinese Restaurant at Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel celebrates the Mid-Autumn Festival with an array for their handcrafted mooncakes which are available for purchase at Dynasty Restaurant from 29 August to 4 October 2017 and at Mid Valley Megamall from 14 September to 4 October 2017.
The restaurant will be offering a selection of 12 types of baked and snowskin mooncakes using pure and natural ingredients, for classics such as the Pandan lotus paste with single salted yolk, low sugar White lotus paste with single salted yolk, Bamboo charcoal green tea black sesame and Red bean paste.
Traditionally made of lotus seed paste embedded with a salted egg yolk, look out for some new flavors this season include Red pitaya lotus paste with mango, Honey lotus paste with chocolate, Yam paste with single egg yolk, Alisan tea paste with green tea and Chinese chestnut paste with egg yolk.
Besides the conventional baked mooncakes and the snow skin ones, Dynasty is also offering a range of baked mini mooncakes. The mooncakes are packaged in signature boxes with any choice of 4 pieces of traditional mooncake, 6 pieces of baked mini mooncake or 6 pieces of mini snow skin.

Tao Chinese Cuisine at Intercontinental Kuala Lumpur Hotel
Award winning Tao Chinese Cuisine once again brings old time favourites and new flavours mooncakes from 17 July to 4 October 2017. Adhering to its repute of traditional-meets-modern, this year’s range of mooncakes are priced from RM26nett per piece, with six (6) selections of traditionally-baked mooncakes, and four (4) snow skin creations.
This year, Master dim sum chef Lo Tian Sion, has prepared his signature mooncake – Pure Durian with Salted Caramel Chocolate snow skin mooncake. Employing the thick and creamy flesh of D24 durian, the mooncake promises to be rich with the sweetness of the durian flesh, and varied with the crust of caramel nut before the hint of chocolate aftertaste.
Other snow skin delights are Sesame Snow Skin with Japanese Purple Potato and Green Tea and Marble Snow Skin with Pandan Paste and Single Egg Yolk. Pullman KLCC celebrates the Mid-Autumn festival this year with their all-time classic mooncakes and a new series of signature mooncakes, featuring snow skin fresh flavours such as Mini Mango and Cheese Paste, Mini Dark Chocolate and Single Malt Whisky and Dragon Fruit and Mung Bean Paste.
