MHB Visits Naughty Nuri’s SS15 Subang Jaya

[Food & Beverage]

I’m a big fan of the fare offered at Naughty Nuri’s so I was ecstatic when Naughty Nuri’s invited us over to try out their newly opened outlet in SS15, Subang Jaya. But of course it’s more fun when there’s good company so I brought along MHB’s Andy Kho, Kelly Siew, Wei Jean, and Patricia. The SS15 outlet is the second outlet in the Klang Valley and will be followed by a few more soon.

Mojitos at Naughty Nuri’s come in different flavours like Assam Boi, Pandan, Bubble Gum, Bunga Kantan Lychee and many more besides the normal classic mojito.

Naughty Crispy Belly – RM20.00

Deep fried crispy belly, stir fried with Balinese sweet special sauce.

Incredibly addictive and great with drinks! This one is a must order starter!

Red Hot Chilli Pepper Truffle Fries – RM15.00

Deep Fried French fries tossed with seasoned chilli flakes and drizzled with truffle oil

A huge basket of crispy French fries with the fragrance of truffle oil permeating through! Love the mayo that it’s served with too. I will always order this when I visit Naughty Nuri’s and it’s really perfect with an ice-cold beer.

Naughty Nuri’s Signature Roast Pork Salad – RM24.80

Served with butterhead lettuce & purple cabbage tossed with pork flavoured apple fruit vinaigrette dressed with tomatoes, hard rock egg, crispy pork skin croutons and grated brie cheese with roasted pork

Now this is a salad for a pork lover like me!

Naughty Nuri’s 1995 Signature BBQ Spare Ribs – RM45.00

The signature ribs are specially marinated with Balinese spice and char grilled with a special sauce.

The star of Naughty Nuri’s and a must-try dish. Tender and flavourful meat which easily falls off the bone.

Balinese Spiced “Sop Buntut” – RM21.80

Seared oxtail braised in Balinese spiced for hours until soft, tender and pungent aroma, served with garlic toast

Superbly heartwarming with a lovely spicy broth that’s also full of chunks of meat inside. Goes great with the garlic toast.

The Notorious Short Ribs – RM40.00

Braised Beef Short Rib with special rendang sauce served with Onion Rice and Acar-Awak

For those who love rendang and rice, try this because it really hits the mark!

Gilimanuk Balinese Inspired Braised Lamb Shank – RM42.00

Char Grilled Lamb Shank and Braised in pungent Balinese Spices Sauce accompanied with Creamy Mashed Potatoes

If you’re not so much of a pork eater you can consider this very flavourful dish!

Tok Kamir inspired braised beef brisket – RM28.00

Braised beef brisket in our special sauce till tender served with root vegetables and crispy mantou

Lovely and tender beef brisket in a really flavourful broth. Use the mantou buns to mops up any leftover broth when you’re done with the beef.

Ubud style Sugar Refinery Bacon Banana – RM18.00

Deep Fried Banana rolled with crispy bacon served with Chocolate sauce & Australian Honey topped with cheesy Cheddar Cheese plus a quenelle of Vanilla Ice-Cream

Sweet, cheesy, and rich all at the same time. A real medley of flavours! Eat it while it’s still warm.

Mt. Buleleng inspired Sizzling Bacon Chocolate Cake – RM23.00

A housemade chocolate cake stuffed with bacon and nuts full with melted chocolate on the hot plate topped with vanilla ice cream and accompanied with chocolate garnache
