Nook at Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral has a buka puasa buffet themed the “Chef’s A-list Malaysian Feast” for this year which is available from 22 June to 16 July 2015. I always enjoy dining at Nook as you can expect some quirky and unorthodox creations by the chef and his team which I’ve had the pleasure of indulging previously during MIGF2014 and Valentine’s Day earlier this year:

This Ramadan, Chef Adri and team have added more local delights into the buffet, and you should look out for the Stuffed Whole Lamb Kuzi served with Nasi Briyani, Beef Shin Rendang, Sambal Udang Petai, Nook’s steamed chicken rice with condiments, Turmeric Nasi Lemak, Sarawak Laksa and Nook’s fun Ice Kacang which you can DIY from loads of ingredients.

Some of the main course dishes worth mentioning include Whole Lamb Kuzi, Nook Chicken Rice: steamed with condiment, Turmeric Nasi Lemak, and Nook’s signature Laksa Sarawak.
