Food & Hotel Malaysia 2011

Went to visit the Food & Hotel Malaysia 2011 as a member of the industry (yes amazingly…and no I will not elaborate) and not a member of the media for once. Now the main event was called Food & Hotel Malaysia 2011 (FHM 2011 not to be confused with FHM magazine which I used to work for) which showcased 6 halls of suppliers from the F&B/ hotel industry – food, beverage, cutlery, linen, bedding, mixers, ovens, etc. etc. It was certainly pretty interesting but the most appealing part was the F&B vendors sampling their products…

There was also a little (separate as I had to pay RM10 to enter) event held in conjunction with FHM 2011 called Culinaire 2011 whereby chefs and bartenders from restaurants and hotels around the country compete against each other to gain the industry’s top honours in F&B. It was a bit like watching Masterchef live (without Gordon Ramsay though).

Now I know you guys and used to photos after photos of hot babes so I’ll start with this pic. However that was the extent of the (human) candy. Well actually there was literally lots of candy there but it was the edible type. Think of it as food porn…
