Bell & Ross Vintage Collection Launch 180311

Friday 18 March 2011 – I had the opportunity to attend the  Bell & Ross launch of its Vintage Collection at the Chinese Assembly Hall in Kuala Lumpur. I thought that this was a most interesting choice of venue as it was located in Kg. Attap. However I was in for a pleasant surprise as they really decked the place up and had several very entertaining performances in line with the theme ‘the roaring 40’s’ in store for us guests.

Here’s a little history lesson on Bell & Ross…

Bell & Ross was formed in 1992 by a team of designers and specialists of aircraft and spacecraft controls with the goal of creating watches perfectly suiting a professional use. Today pilots, astronauts, divers and bob disposal units make Bell & Ross part of the equipment for their missions.

Bell & Ross watches meet four basic principles – readability, performance, precision and water-resistance. Combined with elegant and stylish designs, Bell & Ross makes some of the world’s most desirable yet functional timepieces!

A band played outside to welcome our arrival. Wow! For a moment I felt like a VVVVIP.
Instead of the ordinary photowall there was a photo-scene! Sookie and I took the opportunity to pose for some photos.
Beautiful Bell & Ross usherers made sure we were served with champers, Glenmorangie and Kronenbourg 1664 throughout the night!
The female guests really liked this display and took the opportunity to snap some photos with the 'pilots'
the stars of the night - the watches! Stylish aren't they?
Two of these babies can buy you a little car...
The lady in red really knew how to seduce the audience with her voice (and erm 'behind')
Spotted socialite Natalie there so got a photo of her with Weena and the girls.
