Food Review – Hoofed

Hoofed hosted Malaysia’s Hottest Bloggers Chantelle Chuah, Sarah Low, Erica Ting and myself to a sumptuous dinner at the newly opened outlet in Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, Kuala Lumpur.

DSCN0398 — Roasted Suckling Pig – RM90 (half), RM170 (whole) - this was just awesome! The pork is prepared in huge ovens in the kitchen and doesn't have the strong smell that usually accompanies this dish when you eat it at Chinese wedding dinners. But do share this dish (half portion) with 2 or 3 other people and even more for the full portion.

A decent neighbourhood restaurant to get some decent wine and satisfy your pork craving in a nice cosy setting. Open Mondays to Saturdays from 5.00pm to 12.00 midnight. If you’re not too sure what wine to order just tell the waiter your preference and they will recommend some choices. And if you’re still not done with your drinking by closing time you can always continue downstairs at Tom, Dick & Harry’s which is under the same group of owners.
