Food Review – Ramadan Buffet at Nook, Aloft KL Sentral

I had the chance to sample the upcoming Ramadan buffet at Aloft KL called the “Chef’s A-list Malaysian Feast” which features traditional local Malay delicacies, barbecue, seafood delights and even a roasted whole lamb.

The A-list Malaysian Feast is created by Chef Steven Seow and his team, offering the chef’s star dishes such as Stuffed Whole Lamb Kuzi served with Nasi Briyani, Vegetable Dhall, Cucumber and Pineapple Acar, Papadom, and Mint-Tomato Yoghurt, Nasi Lemak, Satay, Rendang Ayam, Roasted Whole Chicken with Green Peppercorn Sauce, served with Local Market Buttered Vegetables.

In addition to the star dishes is an extensive selection of Malay dishes and regional specialities, along with appetisers, salad, condiments, breads, soups, main dishes, action counters and desserts.

Here’s a good reason to book early – the “A-list Malaysian Feast” buffet is priced at RM100.00 nett per person but from now until 27 June 2014 you can get a special promo price of only RM80.00 nett per voucher!
