Movie Review – The Wolverine

Official Synopsis

Based on the celebrated comic book arc, this epic action-adventure takes Wolverine (Hugh Jackman), the most iconic character of the X-Men universe, to modern day Japan.  Out of his depth in an unknown world he will face a host of unexpected and deadly opponents in a life-or-death battle that will leave him forever changed.  Vulnerable for the first time and pushed to his physical and emotional limits, he confronts not only lethal samurai steel but also his inner struggle against his own immortality, emerging more powerful than we have ever seen him before.

Tomcat says:

Wolverine fighting ninjas and Yakuza in Japan. Lots of cool fighting scenes and eye-candy. Look out for Mariko Yashida who is played by Japanese supermodel Tao Okamoto who I think is really hot although she’s rather skinny. Wolverine’s X-Men love interest Jean Grey is pretty much in lingerie throughout the movie while if you’re into blondes check out the Viper.

As this is a Marvel movie don’t forget to stay back to watch the scene after the credits.

The Wolverine opens in Malaysian cinemas on 25th July 2013.
