Touched down in Penang and we were bundled into a bus and ferried over to Straits Quay

First on the agenda – lunch at Blue Reef Fish & Chips!

This was my lunch! The food there is good and I will definitely return.

Then it was up to the Straits Quay Convention Centre after lunch. A group photo with the other bloggers and members of the media who came up from KL.

Then we were ushered into the event venue. First up was the lounge area with the mixing bars and interactive booths. If you look at the far left you’ll see the Hennessy 360 cam which my girls and I couldn’t get enough of at the Hennessy VSOP new bottle launch at Double Tree.

After a couple of glasses of Hennessy it was over to G Hotel for some R&R and to get ready for the party. But of course you can’t party on an empty stomach so back we went to Straits Quay for dinner at Hisago Japanese Restaurant.

Salmon sashimi, smoked duck, some other stuff and wagyu beef!!! I hope they open an outlet in KL as their food is delicious!
